This document provides a novel program of modular robotic technological innovation. Many scientists anticipate manufacturing technology will allow application segments to be designed at small and smaller machines, but activity and actuation are increasingly difficult as measurements get smaller.We explain an application—a 3D fax device — which uses inter-module interaction and computation without demanding self-reconfiguration. Consequently, this program may be achievable prior to programs which depend upon segments being able to shift themselves.
In our new strategy to 3D fax needed, a huge number of submillimeter robot segments type an brilliant “clay” which can be reformed via the exterior program of technical causes. This clay-based can act as a novel feedback system, using intermodule localization methods to obtain the way of a 3D item by casting. We explain application for such electronic clay-based.
